Como ya te cont\u00e9 en mi post La perfecci\u00f3n, mi peor enemiga<\/a>,<\/strong> mi vuelta a Barcelona desde Malasia se complic\u00f3 un poco, lo que implic\u00f3 que cuando, por fin, consegu\u00ed volver a entrenar, ya hab\u00edan pasado 3 d\u00edas. Mi cuerpo ten\u00eda ganas de meneo, pero lo que m\u00e1s me alegr\u00f3 descubrir fue que no me sent\u00eda culpable de no haber entrenado esos d\u00edas<\/strong> y me di cuenta de que era as\u00ed porque no sent\u00eda que ten\u00eda la obligaci\u00f3n de entrenar. <\/span><\/p>\n

Mis entrenos eran, y son, mis elecciones. Un h\u00e1bito que he creado en mi vida. <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

A la vuelta, adem\u00e1s, ten\u00eda muchas ganas de volver a estudiar el M\u00e1ster que hab\u00eda pausado antes del viaje. El retraso de mi vuelta retras\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n este calendario, pero no era nada grave porque, adem\u00e1s, ya iba bien adelantada con los tiempos<\/strong> porque en menos de dos meses hab\u00eda ya acabado \u2153 del programa del M\u00e1ster y eso fue gracias a ponerme un objetivo espec\u00edfico y de cre\u00e9rmelo. <\/span><\/p>\n
