Desde que inici\u00e9 a investigar m\u00e1s sobre temas de bienestar, le\u00ed acerca de la conexi\u00f3n con el cuerpo, pero empec\u00e9 a entender m\u00e1s sobre este tema en concreto solo despu\u00e9s que pasaran unos meses desde el inicio de mi reto.<\/p>\n

En el post C\u00f3mo eliminar los antojos de comida y qu\u00e9 hacer cuando te ganan<\/span><\/a> hablo justamente sobre este tema y te cuento cu\u00e1l fue mi reacci\u00f3n cuando, a mediados de marzo, tuve un episodio muy parecido a los que me pasaban cuando todav\u00eda no hab\u00eda aprendido a cuidarme.<\/p>\n

Para el mes de marzo, adem\u00e1s, hab\u00eda conseguido cierta organizaci\u00f3n en la cocina que me permit\u00eda ahorrar tiempo y, al mismo tiempo, tener siempre comida lista en la nevera. Gracias a esta rutina consegu\u00ed tener siempre menos antojos, mantener una dieta sana, pero, muy importante para mi, comiendo lo que de verdad me gusta. Finalmente, marzo fue tambi\u00e9n el mes en el que compr\u00e9 otro billete de avi\u00f3n. Esta vez para Bulgaria.
