Aprend\u00ed mucho de la experiencia y me plant\u00e9e ponerme a estudiar algo relacionado con la nutrici\u00f3n. Pero all\u00ed estaba ese pensamiento de: \u201c\u00bfDe d\u00f3nde vas a sacar el tiempo?\u201d que, en ese momento, me gan\u00f3. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin embargo, despu\u00e9s de un a\u00f1o mi inter\u00e9s segu\u00eda creciendo y decid\u00ed que <strong>hab\u00eda llegado el momento de hacerle caso<\/strong>. Y as\u00ed fue como varios aspectos de mi vida se ajustaron para que yo pudiera dedicar parte de mi tiempo a estudiar un m\u00e1ster online en Nutrici\u00f3n y Diet\u00e9tica. Mi estrategia fue de dedicarle las primeras dos horas de mis d\u00edas, de lunes a domingo. S\u00ed, fin de semana y festivos inclu\u00eddos, <strong>porque cuando haces algo que te apasiona te da igual que sea domingo o mi\u00e9rcoles<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El primer resultado de esta estrategia fue de acabar \u2153 del master, que duraba un a\u00f1o, en menos de 2 meses. Las 2 horas extras que hab\u00eda encontrado en mi d\u00eda estaban siendo muy productivas. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qu\u00e9 he aprendido de esta experiencia:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A no ignorar una nueva pasi\u00f3n que surge en mi vida y a ir a por ella.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A entender que a menudo soy yo misma la que se pone limitaciones y encuentra problemas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A entender que yo soy quien controla mi tiempo y que YO elijo como usarlo.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A escucharme y a priorizar.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A encontrar soluciones.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A tener constancia.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A que, si de verdad es importante para mi, puedo encontrar tiempo donde no lo haya.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1140\" src=\"https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/give-yourself-a-gift-claudiacanu.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"960\" srcset=\"https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/give-yourself-a-gift-claudiacanu.jpeg 1280w, https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/give-yourself-a-gift-claudiacanu-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/give-yourself-a-gift-claudiacanu-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/give-yourself-a-gift-claudiacanu-1024x768.jpeg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Un peque\u00f1o ejercicio<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00e9 que cada una tiene una vida diferente y que cada una de nosotras est\u00e1 siempre m\u00e1s liada, sobre todo si tienes familia, hijos, un trabajo que te exige mucho, etc. Pero quisiera invitarte a hacer un peque\u00f1o ejercicio: <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Imag\u00ednate que, de repente, tu d\u00eda tuviera 26 horas<\/strong>, \u00bfqu\u00e9 har\u00edas con esas dos horas extras? <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfHar\u00edas un curso? \u00bfDe qu\u00e9?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfCocinar\u00edas m\u00e1s para organizarte tus comidas?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfHar\u00edas alguna actividad f\u00edsica?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfLas usar\u00edas para relajarte y meditar?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No importa lo que elijas, <strong>lo que har\u00edas en esas dos horas es lo que tu cuerpo y mente te est\u00e1n pidiendo ahora<\/strong>. \u00bfQu\u00e9 tal si le haces caso?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como habr\u00e1s notado, todos los ejemplos de la lista est\u00e1n enfocados en ti y en nadie m\u00e1s. Nos suele pasar de dejarnos de lado para priorizar a otras personas de nuestro entorno. Sin embargo, la prioridad en nuestra vida deber\u00edamos ser nosotras mismas. Porque <strong>si est\u00e1s bien contigo misma podr\u00e1s conseguir llevar unas relaciones m\u00e1s sanas con todo tu entorno<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfPodr\u00edas conseguir sacar dos horas de tu d\u00eda? Ni siquiera una hora al d\u00eda? \u00bfEst\u00e1s segura? \u00bfQu\u00e9 te lo impide? \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Veamos algunas respuestas que podr\u00edas tener.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tengo hijos que piden mucho de mi tiempo.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tengo un trabajo que pide mucho de mi tiempo.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vuelvo a casa cansada y lo \u00fanico que quiero es tumbarme en el sof\u00e1 y mirar la tele.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Veamos algunas posibles soluciones:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfPodr\u00edas pedir a tu pareja, un familiar, un amigo que se ocupen de tus hijos durante 2 horas cada 2 d\u00edas? Podr\u00edas pagar una ni\u00f1era? Podr\u00edas organizarte con otras amigas que tengan hijos?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un trabajo de jornada completa son 8 horas, \u00bftrabajas m\u00e1s que eso? Te pagan las horas extras? Por qu\u00e9 trabajas las horas extras? Podr\u00edas evitar hacerlas? <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfPodr\u00edas encontrar tiempo por la ma\u00f1ana antes de ir a trabajar?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seguro que hay muchas m\u00e1s soluciones que podr\u00edas encontrar.
