Mientras habl\u00e1bamos una de sus preguntas fue: \u201c\u00bfQu\u00e9 haces cuando te saltas uno o dos d\u00edas?\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A mi amiga le pasaba que cada vez que consegu\u00eda volver a entrenar, si por alguna raz\u00f3n perd\u00eda uno o dos d\u00edas, decid\u00eda que una vez m\u00e1s hab\u00eda fallido en el intento y lo volv\u00eda a dejar todo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Me par\u00e9 a pensar en su pregunta y me di cuenta de que si yo me saltaba algunos d\u00edas no hab\u00eda pasado nada grave porque, sin necesidad de esforzarme, volv\u00eda autom\u00e1ticamente a mis entrenos y a mis comidas saludables. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 yo s\u00ed y ella no? <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fue solo despu\u00e9s de leer el libro de [easyazon_link identifier=\u00bb841587054X\u00bb locale=\u00bbES\u00bb tag=\u00bbcofbrubcn-21&#8243;]Charles Duhigg[\/easyazon_link]<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0que descubr\u00ed que lo que me pasaba era que, sin darme cuenta, <\/span><b>hab\u00eda creado un h\u00e1bito<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. \u00bfPero c\u00f3mo hab\u00eda conseguido crear un h\u00e1bito sin darme cuenta? <\/span><b>Gracias a un cambio de actitud<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pas\u00e9 de obligarme a hacer las cosas a hacerlas porque era lo que YO quer\u00eda. <\/span><b>Pas\u00e9 de empezar mis frases con un \u201ctengo que\u201d a usar el \u201cquiero\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y, por consecuencia, <\/span><b>cambi\u00e9 la forma de hablarme a mi misma<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se supone que si estamos buscando un cambio es porque es lo que de verdad queremos, \u00a1\u00bfno?! Y entonces, si es algo que queremos, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 deber\u00edamos obligarnos a hacer las cosas? Obligarse a hacer algo corresponde a ponerse un peso enorme encima de los hombros y lo \u00fanico que conseguimos con eso es agobiarnos.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Los siete \u201cpara qu\u00e9s\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1318\" src=\"https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/the-seven-whys-claudiacanu-com.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2000\" height=\"1067\" srcset=\"https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/the-seven-whys-claudiacanu-com.jpg 2000w, https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/the-seven-whys-claudiacanu-com-300x160.jpg 300w, https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/the-seven-whys-claudiacanu-com-768x410.jpg 768w, https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/the-seven-whys-claudiacanu-com-1024x546.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 2000px) 100vw, 2000px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El primer paso cuando queremos realizar cambios en nuestra vida es entender la raz\u00f3n por la cual queremos ese cambio y entender <\/span><b>cu\u00e1l es el motivo REAL que nos empuja a hacerlo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yo estaba convencida de que cuando me pon\u00eda un objetivo ten\u00eda clara la raz\u00f3n por la cual lo hac\u00eda. Pero un d\u00eda escuch\u00e9 hablar de los 7 porqu\u00e9s, <\/span><b>un ejercicio en el que te preguntas 7 veces el por qu\u00e9 de tus respuestas. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se empieza pensando en el cambio y pregunt\u00e1ndose \u201c\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 quiero este cambio?\u201d. Una vez que se tenga la primera respuesta hay que preguntarse el por qu\u00e9 de esa misma respuesta, y as\u00ed seguido por un total de 7 veces.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pongamos un ejemplo:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nuestro objetivo es perder 5 Kg.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pregunta n\u00famero 1<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 quiero perder 5 Kg? <\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respuesta<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Porque quiero sentirme a gusto con mi cuerpo.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pregunta n\u00famero 2<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 quiero sentirme a gusto con mi cuerpo? <\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respuesta<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Porque si estuviera a gusto con mi cuerpo, mejorar\u00eda mi autoestima.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pregunta n\u00famero 3<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 quiero mejorar mi autoestima? <\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respuesta<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Porque quiero conseguir el trabajo de mis sue\u00f1os&#8230;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2026 y as\u00ed seguido, hasta llegar a la pregunta y respuesta n\u00famero 7.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Una vez conseguida la s\u00e9ptima respuesta te aconsejo apuntarla en una nota del m\u00f3vil <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">para tenerla siempre a mano y poderla volver a leer cada vez que notas que te est\u00e1s obligando a hacer algo o inclusive cuando te notas con poco \u00e1nimo y pereza.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para crear un nuevo h\u00e1bito tienes que creer que t\u00fa puedes alcanzar el objetivo que te has puesto, sin obligaciones, y si haciendo algo que te lleva a ese objetivo no te hace sentir motivada, entonces <\/span><b>preg\u00fantate \u201cpara qu\u00e9\u201d lo estoy haciendo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfHas hecho alguna vez el ejercicio de los 7 por qu\u00e9?
