Un d\u00eda consider\u00e9 el hecho de que, tal vez, lo que necesitaba no era enfocar toda mi energ\u00eda en ese cambio f\u00edsico, sino en ver otros aspectos de mi vida que pudieran estar relacionados. <strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 estaba pasando en mi vida que no me dejaba perder peso y que, al rev\u00e9s, me lo segu\u00eda haciendo ganar?<\/strong>\u00a0Necesitaba ver la \u201cbig picture\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 hay detr\u00e1s de esos michelines?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Empec\u00e9 a observar mis h\u00e1bitos alimenticios, a fijarme en qu\u00e9 com\u00eda, cuando lo com\u00eda y en qu\u00e9 estado emocional me encontraba en esos momentos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Me di cuenta de que en general mis comidas y mis cenas eran bastante equilibradas, pero mis meriendas no. En momentos de estr\u00e9s y de inestabilidad emocional necesitaba snacks reconfortantes. Not\u00e9 como ten\u00eda episodios de \u201catracones\u201d, una especie de necesidad imparable por ingurgitar esos alimentos que, sin embargo, deber\u00eda estar evitando. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not\u00e9, tambi\u00e9n, que <strong>ten\u00eda la costumbre de comer ese tipo de comida para premiarme o consolarme.<\/strong> Premiarme si hab\u00eda conseguido algo bueno y consolarme si me hab\u00eda pasado algo malo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Te confieso que al darme cuenta de todo esto me asust\u00e9 porque pens\u00e9 que ser\u00eda imposible cambiar esos patrones a los que estaba tan enganchada. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Empec\u00e9 a investigar sobre el tema y fue as\u00ed como aprend\u00ed el concepto de comer emocional del que quiero hablarte m\u00e1s extendidamente en otro post.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eso s\u00ed, fue toda una revelaci\u00f3n porque me di cuenta de que hab\u00eda acertado con mi teor\u00eda de la \u201cbig picture\u201d. <strong>El primer paso para desprenderme de esos michelines no era centrarme en c\u00f3mo perder esa grasa acumulada<\/strong>, sino en c\u00f3mo evitar tener esos momentos en los cuales sent\u00eda la necesidad de comer comida basura que segu\u00eda aumentando el tama\u00f1o de esos michelines.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-450\" src=\"https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/balance_for_healthy_life_claudia_canu_.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2592\" height=\"1895\" srcset=\"https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/balance_for_healthy_life_claudia_canu_.jpeg 2592w, https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/balance_for_healthy_life_claudia_canu_-300x219.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/balance_for_healthy_life_claudia_canu_-768x561.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/balance_for_healthy_life_claudia_canu_-1024x749.jpeg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 2592px) 100vw, 2592px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>C\u00f3mo eliminar la causa<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La primera t\u00e1ctica que prob\u00e9 fue usar mi fuerza de voluntad para no ceder al deseo de bollos, chocolatinas y comida ultra-procesada. Sin embargo, pronto me di cuenta de que <strong>la fuerza de voluntad no es infinita y llega un momento en el que se te acaba<\/strong>, cedes a lo que no deber\u00edas ceder y, por consecuencia, te sientes a\u00fan m\u00e1s culpable y quieres comer m\u00e1s y peor. \u00a1Vaya c\u00edrculo vicioso! <\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lo que necesitaba hacer era eliminar la causa. Ten\u00eda que evitar pasar por momentos de estr\u00e9s e insatisfacci\u00f3n, conseguir un equilibrio emocional y mantenerlo. <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lo que personalmente me ayud\u00f3 a evitar el estr\u00e9s y a estar m\u00e1s satisfecha con mi vida fue un cambio de trabajo.
