Despu\u00e9s de unos 20 minutos volv\u00eda a casa y hac\u00eda otros 20 minutos de ejercicios. Hab\u00eda empezado a notar alg\u00fan cambio a nivel f\u00edsico, pero <strong>sent\u00eda que estaba muy lejos de donde quer\u00eda llegar<\/strong> y no estaba segura de que seguir mirando v\u00eddeos online era la soluci\u00f3n. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, estaba entrenando en casa sin tener un espejo para controlar que estuviera haciendo bien todos los movimientos y as\u00ed evitar lesiones.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por qu\u00e9 decid\u00ed empezar con una entrenadora personal<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una de mis filosof\u00edas de vida es que si no s\u00e9 algo, pregunto y, si puedo preguntar a expertos, \u00a1mejor! Adem\u00e1s, se dio la casualidad de que en un brunch conoc\u00ed a Julia, una entrenadora personal que estaba empezando a escribir un blog, y en ese momento se me encendi\u00f3 la bombilla de \u201ccolaboraci\u00f3n\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le cont\u00e9 la idea de mi reto y le ped\u00ed su ayuda a cambio de ayudarla con su blog y redes sociales. A Julia le gust\u00f3 la idea y despu\u00e9s de unos pocos d\u00edas nos reunimos por primera vez para organizarnos. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Lo primero que hicimos fue echar un vistazo a la lista de las comidas que hab\u00eda consumido en los \u00faltimos 5 d\u00edas<\/strong> y, adem\u00e1s, le habl\u00e9 de mi problema en la rodilla derecha y de la rigidez de mi columna vertebral.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-668 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/montenegrostudio.com\/claudiacanu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/claudiacanu.com_personal_trainer.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" srcset=\"https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/claudiacanu.com_personal_trainer.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/claudiacanu.com_personal_trainer-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/claudiacanu.com_personal_trainer-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Primer d\u00eda de entreno<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El 12 de octubre lleg\u00f3 el primer d\u00eda de entreno. Ese fue el d\u00eda en el que sacamos mis fotos ense\u00f1ando toda esos michelines que quer\u00eda perder. Adem\u00e1s, Julia me midi\u00f3 y me hizo hacer varios ejercicios para ver mi grado de resistencia, mi t\u00e9cnica y mi equilibrio. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como en las semanas previas a este entreno mis contratiempos me llevaron a dejar mi rutina, te puedes imaginar en qu\u00e9 condiciones me levant\u00e9 al d\u00eda siguiente. <strong>Hac\u00eda mucho que no hab\u00eda tenido agujetas durante tantos d\u00edas<\/strong>&#8230; <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mi truco para no perderme entrenos<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qued\u00e9 para entrenar con Julia solo dos veces y luego segu\u00ed sola con una tabla de ejercicios que me hab\u00eda preparado. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El consejo de Julia fue de entrenar 4 d\u00edas a la semana, pero por varias razones no lo consegu\u00ed durante las primeras dos semanas, as\u00ed que <\/span><b>me di el permiso, sin rencores o reproches, de entrenar 3 d\u00edas a la semana<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despu\u00e9s de un mes y medio de entrenos siguiendo la misma tabla de ejercicios, Julia me hizo otra. La nueva ten\u00eda ejercicios mucho m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles, y despu\u00e9s de los entrenos me sent\u00eda demasiado cansada. Pero como la tabla estaba organizada en dos partes, en lugar de hacer todo el entreno 3 veces por semana, decid\u00ed hacer medio entreno 6 veces por semana. Al principio pens\u00e9 que no ten\u00eda tiempo para entrenar tantas veces, pero de esta forma, en realidad, consegu\u00ed mucha m\u00e1s flexibilidad. <\/span><b>Este cambio ya no me permit\u00eda encontrar excusas de tiempo porque solo ten\u00eda que recortar media hora y pod\u00eda hacerlo en cualquier momento del d\u00eda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Si por la tarde ten\u00eda algo planeado entrenaba por la ma\u00f1ana o al mediod\u00eda y viceversa. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crear el h\u00e1bito de entrenar no fue tan inmediato, sobre todo al principio, porque justo a la semana de mi primer entreno me fui de viaje a Cerde\u00f1a para visitar a mi familia y all\u00ed, como te podr\u00e1s imaginar, no entren\u00e9 ni un d\u00eda.
