En realidad fueron solo 5 d\u00edas, <strong>s\u00ed me descolocaron un poco pero tambi\u00e9n fueron enriquecedores<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hac\u00eda m\u00e1s de un mes que hab\u00eda empezado a comer m\u00e1s saludable y solo un par de semanas que estaba entrenando. Como ya te coment\u00e9 en mi post <a href=\"https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/es\/health-motivation-blog\/entrenador-personal-merece-la-pena\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Entrenador personal. \u00bfEs necesario?<\/a>, me fue imposible seguir con los entrenos durante estos d\u00edas de viaje y, adem\u00e1s, casi todas las actividades y quedadas con amigos y familiares estaban relacionadas con la comida. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfSe come saludable en Italia?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Son muchos los que piensan que en Italia se come de maravilla y s\u00ed, a mi tambi\u00e9n me encanta la comida italiana, pero \u00bfes saludable? <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfHas entrado alguna vez en un supermercado en Italia? Yo cada vez me sorprendo m\u00e1s de la cantidad de comida ultra-procesada y dulces que encuentras en ellos, sobre todo bollos y galletas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-679 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/claudiacanu.com_food.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"681\" srcset=\"https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/claudiacanu.com_food.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/claudiacanu.com_food-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/claudiacanu.com_food-768x511.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En los restaurantes de mi ciudad natal no consegu\u00ed encontrar una ensalada rica que no fuera solo lechuga con tomates, y la mayor\u00eda de las veces que qued\u00e9 en alg\u00fan restaurante fue para comer pizza. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, llevaba un par de a\u00f1os sin ir a Cerde\u00f1a y me sorprend\u00ed por las raciones de las comidas que en cantidad ya se parecen m\u00e1s a las americanas que a las mediterr\u00e1neas. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por lo que concierne los desayunos, en Italia es muy com\u00fan desayunar algo dulce, y lo m\u00e1s est\u00e1ndar en un bar es pedir un \u201ccornetto e cappuccino\u201d. Y en las casas no suele cambiar mucho, a menudo se desayuna con alg\u00fan bollo industrial o leche con galletas. La fruta en el desayuno no existe y la avena est\u00e1 asociada a la comida para cerdos. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La ventaja que tuve durante mi estancia fue de <strong>poder usar la cocina en casa de mis padres para prepararme mis desayunos con avena<\/strong>, mis ensaladas, legumbres y tostadas y, de paso, contarle a mi familia cositas sobre alimentaci\u00f3n saludable. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Afortunadamente fueron todos bastante receptivos y no tuve que aguantar muchas cr\u00edticas o bromas. De hecho, una de las cosas positivas de este viaje fue de poder seguir siendo la nueva Claudia que estaba buscando, y <strong>seguir con mis elecciones de h\u00e1bitos de comida saludable<\/strong>, sin que me importara lo que los dem\u00e1s pudieran comentar o pensar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfHas pasado por una situaci\u00f3n similar donde consiguieras ser fiel a ti misma sin que te importara la opini\u00f3n de los dem\u00e1s?
