Yo uso una que compr\u00e9 en la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.claudiaandjulia.com\/products\/bandeja-aluminio-antiadherente-de-buyer?rfsn=522760.1bd80e\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">tienda de Claudia &amp; Julia<\/a> y que me ha venido de maravilla tambi\u00e9n en otras recetas como la de <a href=\"https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/es\/receta\/granola-de-crema-de-almendras-saludable-y-facil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">granola de crema de almendras<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, ten cuidado de que cuando colocas el mix de las semillas encima de la bandeja <strong>los bordes sean del mismo grosor como en el centro<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, aqu\u00ed te dejo un enlace a un art\u00edculo donde se indica que el consumo de semillas de linaza puede jugar un rol importante en <a href=\"https:\/\/nutritionfacts.org\/video\/can-flax-seeds-help-prevent-breast-cancer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">prevenir y curar el c\u00e1ncer de mama<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mi recomendaci\u00f3n, como siempre, es que no exageres con las cantidades. Una cracker al d\u00eda puede ser beneficiosa, dos o tres todos los d\u00edas y durante tiempos prolongados, no. Te recomiendo que hagas una prueba para ver c\u00f3mo reacciona tu cuerpo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Son baratas y f\u00e1ciles de preparar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si ya sigues una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable, seguramente hayas introducido las semillas en tu dieta y posiblemente tengas cierta cantidad siempre a mano. Lo que me gusta de esta receta es que cuando decido hacerla no necesito ir a hacer la compra porque ya tengo las semillas en casa y <strong>puedo decidir mezclar las que tenga<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ahorrar cuando compras semillas, mi consejo es que compres a granel, pero ten cuidado porque me ha pasado de encontrarme tiendas a granel en Barcelona que tengan un producto no ecol\u00f3gico y que, sin embargo, lo venden m\u00e1s caro simplemente porque ahora est\u00e1 de moda vender a granel. Y si puedes, que no se te olvide llevarte tus botes cuando vayas a comprar a granel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparar estas crackers es de verdad muy sencillo aunque te en cuenta que la preparaci\u00f3n requiere cierto tiempo: los 30 minutos de espera para que las semillas absorban el agua y los 40 minutos en el horno. De esta forma te van a durar bastante tiempo. <strong>Tambi\u00e9n las puedes congelar<\/strong>, y cuando las sacas del congelador tardan bien poco en descongelarse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Ocasiones en las que comer unas crackers de semillas<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para las que son m\u00e1s de salado que de dulce, estas crackers de semillas son para ti porque siempre puedes llevar unas posas encima. Ten en cuenta que si las llevas en un bolso es mejor que lo hagas en un tupper porque si no acabar\u00e1n destroz\u00e1ndose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, son lo <strong>ideal para un picnic o un brunch de buf\u00e9<\/strong>. Las puedes usar para acompa\u00f1ar alg\u00fan untable como este <a href=\"https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/es\/receta\/hummus-de-alcaparras-merienda-saludable\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hummus de alcaparras<\/a> o uno de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coffeeandbrunchbcn.es\/hummus-remolacha-receta-brunch-saludable\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">remolacha<\/a>. O si eres de dulce, tambi\u00e9n quedan genial con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coffeeandbrunchbcn.es\/nutella-casera-saludable-recetas-brunch-saludable\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Nutella casera<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coffeeandbrunchbcn.es\/mermelada-frutos-rojos-saludable-facil-preparar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">mermelada<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>\u00bfSe pueden preparar con otras semillas?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Como te he comentado m\u00e1s arriba, <strong>puedes preparar crackers de semillas con las semillas que prefieras o las que tengas a mano<\/strong>. Lo \u00fanico que tendr\u00e1s que calcular es la cantidad de agua. Si le pones demasiada tendr\u00e1s que esperar m\u00e1s rato para que se absorba bien. Ten en cuenta que si las pones en el horno cuando todav\u00eda no han absorbido toda el agua tardar\u00e1n m\u00e1s en hacerse (que se absorba el agua y se queden compactas) y es probable que se lleguen a quemar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y si eres de esas mujeres a las que les gusta experimentar, <strong>he visto recetas donde le a\u00f1aden tambi\u00e9n cereales como avena o trigo sarraceno<\/strong>. Yo todav\u00eda no he probado, pero si lo har\u00e9 a\u00f1adir\u00e9 la informaci\u00f3n por aqu\u00ed.
