El resultado es una deliciosa crema de avellanas saludable preparada con ingredientes naturales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta fue una de las primeras recetas que hice cuando empec\u00e9 a comer saludable y, de hecho, la publiqu\u00e9 hace tiempo en mi otro blog <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coffeeandbrunchbcn.es\/nutella-casera-saludable-recetas-brunch-saludable\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Coffee &amp; Brunch<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta versi\u00f3n lleva <strong>cacao y algarroba<\/strong> en cantidades iguales porque, personalmente, me gusta el toque dulce que a\u00f1ade la algarroba. Si no sabes qu\u00e9 es la algarroba, he escrito sobre ella en el post de la receta de bolitas energ\u00e9ticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La algarroba no es un ingrediente imprescindible para la receta y, si quieres, <strong>la puedes sustituir con cacao<\/strong>. No pod\u00eda faltar nunca en mi casa, empezaba el d\u00eda desayunando Nutella y recurr\u00eda a ella en momentos de estr\u00e9s. Cuando empec\u00e9 a cambiar mi estilo de vida a uno m\u00e1s saludable, <strong>la Nutella fue uno de los primeros alimentos que elimin\u00e9 de mi dieta<\/strong>. Sin embargo, siempre es \u00fatil tener algo dulce en la nevera para poder satisfacer antojos improvisos, sobre todo a la hora de la merienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yo, a menudo, la uso tambi\u00e9n para el desayuno y la a\u00f1ado a mi bol de avena para darle un toque dulce y a\u00f1adir algo de grasa saludable como la que contienen los frutos secos.<br>\nLa puedes servir inclusive como postre, acompa\u00f1ada de fruta o, inclusive, en un brunch de buf\u00e9. Si prefieres hacer grandes cantidades, pero no quieres que se quede demasiado tiempo en la nevera,<strong> tambi\u00e9n puedes congelarla<\/strong>. Hice el experimento una vez que me iba de viaje. A mi vuelta la saqu\u00e9 del congelador y la dej\u00e9 en la nevera. Cuando acab\u00f3 de descongelarse estaba como si llevara unos d\u00edas en la nevera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otra vez hice el experimento opuesto y la guard\u00e9 en la despensa. Est\u00e1bamos en oto\u00f1o y me aguant\u00f3 como una semana. Est\u00e1 claro que el tiempo de aguante cambiar\u00e1 seg\u00fan la temperatura en tu cocina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si te gustar\u00eda llevarla al trabajo o a un picnic, simplemente guarda una peque\u00f1a cantidad en un bote que te quepa en el bolso. Puedes <strong>sustituir la mantequilla con aceite de coco<\/strong>, en las mismas cantidades, y <strong>la miel con sirope de \u00e1gave o de arce<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n usando las mismas cantidades.<br>\nPersonalmente he probado las dos versiones y las dos est\u00e1n muy ricas aunque se nota la diferencia entre el sabor del aceite de coco y el de la
