As\u00ed es como surgi\u00f3 la idea de estos muffins sin gluten de chocolate y algarroba que son muy f\u00e1ciles de preparar y perfectos para una merienda saludable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>C\u00f3mo prepararlos<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparar estos muffins sin gluten es muy f\u00e1cil, y de verdad que toma muy poco tiempo. Todo el proceso se puede resumir en los siguientes pasos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Dejar los d\u00e1tiles en remojo en agua caliente durante unos 10 minutos.<\/li><li>Mezclar todos los ingredientes h\u00famedos.<\/li><li>Mezclar todos los ingredientes secos.<\/li><li>Verter la masa en los moldes y hornear durante unos 25 minutos.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo \u00fanico que deber\u00edas tener en cuenta es que en cuanto los saques del horno <strong>es mejor que los dejes encima de una rejilla para que se enfr\u00eden<\/strong>, de esta forma evitar\u00e1s que se queden demasiado h\u00famedos. Esta rejilla que ves en las fotos la he comprado en la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.claudiaandjulia.com\/products\/rejilla-enfriadora-rectangular-birkmann?rfsn=522760.1bd80e\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">tienda online de Claudia &amp; Julia<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si no est\u00e1s familiarizada con la algarroba, te invito a leer mi <a href=\"https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/es\/receta\/bolitas-energeticas-sin-hornear\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">receta de bolitas energ\u00e9tica<\/a> donde te hablo sobre este ingrediente y te cuento por qu\u00e9 yo la suelo a\u00f1adir a mis recetas.<br>\nDe todas formas, ten en cuenta que no es un ingredientes esencial y lo puedes sustituir con el cacao. O sea que en lugar de usar una cucharada de cacao y una de algarroba, puedes usar dos cucharadas de cacao. Como el cacao puro es algo amargo, hay muchas marcas que le suelen a\u00f1adir az\u00facar que a nosotras no nos interesa ingerir \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo mismo vale para el yogur. Aseg\u00farate de que sea natural y sin az\u00facares a\u00f1adidos. Tambi\u00e9n es muy recomendable que sea org\u00e1nico y, mejor a\u00fan, que sea yogur de cabra. Ten en cuenta que <strong>esta receta podr\u00edas prepararla inclusive sin el yogur<\/strong> que sirve, en realidad, para proporcionar humedad y esponjosidad. Si eres intolerante a la lactosa podr\u00edas inclusive tratar de prepararla con yogur de soja. Personalmente no lo he probado, pero no creo que deber\u00eda ser un problema. Eso fue lo que hab\u00eda percibido leyendo ciertos art\u00edculos, pero no pod\u00eda estar m\u00e1s equivocada. Empec\u00e9 a comprar panes y dulces sin gluten, gastando un mont\u00f3n m\u00e1s de dinero, y sin estar consciente de que todos esos productos industriales sin gluten llevan un mont\u00f3n de az\u00facares a\u00f1adidos para darle un sabor m\u00e1s agradable a los ingredientes que usan en la industria alimentaria para la producci\u00f3n de estos alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy d\u00eda ya no creo que comer sin gluten ayuda a adelgazar, pero s\u00e9 que usar alimentos naturales, y lo menos refinados posibles, ayuda a mantener una alimentaci\u00f3n equilibrada.<br>\nAdem\u00e1s, hay algunos m\u00e9dicos que recomiendan un consumo m\u00ednimo de gluten, o mejor dicho, de alimentos que naturalmente contienen gluten, porque afirman que provoca inflamaciones. As\u00ed que me parece una buena idea tener como alternativa una receta de muffins sin gluten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo que m\u00e1s me gusta de esta receta es que estos muffins est\u00e1n endulzados solo con fruta, sin az\u00facares o edulcorantes a\u00f1adidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>C\u00f3mo guardar estos muffins<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Por experiencia personal, los dulces que preparo con pl\u00e1tano los suelo guardar en <strong>un contenedor bien cerrado, posiblemente de cristal, y en la nevera<\/strong>. Cuando me ha pasado de no haberlo guardado en la nevera he notado que le altera bastante el sabor del pl\u00e1tano y personalmente no me gusta mucho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo que concierne estos muffins en concreto, prob\u00e9 a congelar uno y al descongelarse vi que hab\u00eda mantenido la misma consistencia y sabor. Yo me llev\u00e9 unos cuando fui de viaje y, para que te hagas una idea, estoy escribiendo este post despu\u00e9s de llevar un par de d\u00edas en Bali y acabo de comerme el \u00faltimo que me traje \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No hace falta decir que son lo ideal para llevarlos al trabajo o para un picnic y, si tienes hijos, son perfectos para la merienda despu\u00e9s del cole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Sabores diferentes, otros ingredientes.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Me encanta poder probar versiones diferentes de las recetas y, por eso, en las fotos y v\u00eddeo de estos muffins hay algunos que llevan almendras. En las instrucciones de la receta te indico que <strong>podr\u00edas a\u00f1adirle almendras en trocitos<\/strong> en la misma masa para proporcionarle un toque crujiente. Yo prob\u00e9, tambi\u00e9n, a a\u00f1adirle coco rallado por encima y tambi\u00e9n quedan deliciosos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todav\u00eda no he experimentado con otros sabores, pero una opci\u00f3n podr\u00eda ser de <strong>sustituir el cacao y la algarroba con ar\u00e1ndanos o frambuesas<\/strong>.
