Hay algunos que pueden formar una sustancia gelatinosa, en ese caso te recomiendo que antes los enjuagues, los escurras bien y casi los seques, antes de a\u00f1adirle el aceite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yo personalmente prefiero comprar los garbanzos secos y cocinarlos yo misma porque he notado que te esta forma los digiero mejor.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos son los trucos que sigo a la hora de prepararlos:<br>\n&#8211; La noche anterior los dejo en remojo junto con unos 5 cm de alga kombu.<br>\n&#8211; Antes de cocinarlos, tiro el agua del remojo, pero guardo el alga.<br>\n&#8211; Los cocino en abundante agua junto con el alga.<br>\n&#8211; Cuando el agua empieza a hervir, con la ayuda de un cuchar\u00f3n o una espumadera, quito la espumilla que se forma en la superficie.<br>\n&#8211; Los dejo hervir durante un par de horas.<br>\n&#8211; Los escurro y los dejo enfriar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si eres de los que no tienen problemas en digerir los garbanzos, te puedes ahorrar todo el proceso y comprarlos ya cocidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"55212-11\"><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/gen.js?type=11\"><\/script><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/requestform.js?siteId=55212&#038;formatId=11\"><\/script><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>El tiempo de horneado de esta receta es de 40 minutos y despu\u00e9s de este tiempo los garbanzos se quedan crujientes y el aceite se ha absorbido casi completamente.<br>\nSin embargo, si prefieres que los garbanzos sean menos crujientes, los puedes hornear durante tan solo 20 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ten en cuenta que <strong>si el tiempo de horneado es inferior, disminuye tambi\u00e9n el tiempo de conservaci\u00f3n. Te lo explico mejor m\u00e1s abajo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, te recomiendo que uses una bandeja antiadherente como esta que ves en las fotos y que compr\u00e9 en la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.claudiaandjulia.com\/products\/bandeja-aluminio-antiadherente-de-buyer?rfsn=522760.1bd80e\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">tienda online de Claudia &amp; Julia<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Por qu\u00e9 deber\u00edas consumir estos croutons de garbanzos<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La raz\u00f3n principal por la cual he querido a\u00f1adir esta receta al blog es porque estos garbanzos son lo <strong>ideal para sustituir dos alimento que solemos comer en muchas ocasiones, que son altamente adictivos y que ser\u00eda muy recomendable eliminar completamente de nuestra dieta<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Los croutons de pan<\/li><li>Las patatas fritas de bolsa.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"55212-11\"><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/gen.js?type=11\"><\/script><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/requestform.js?siteId=55212&#038;formatId=11\"><\/script><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Los croutons de pan porque, a menudo, est\u00e1n hechos con un pan industrial preparado con materias primas refinadas y barata y que, adem\u00e1s, suelen llevar cierta cantidad de az\u00facar a\u00f1adida y conservantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las patatas fritas de bolsa porque\u2026 bueno, creo que aqu\u00ed no hace falta entrar en detalles y me imagino que estamos todas de acuerdo en que las patatas fritas no deber\u00edan estar en nuestra dieta. Entiendo que, de vez en cuando, puedan apetecer mucho, sobre todo si nos las ponen debajo de la nariz, y sabes que soy a favor de disfrutar de lo que nos puede apetecer en cierto momento. Pero quiero que tengas siempre presente en tu cabeza lo siguiente: <strong>patatas fritas de bolsa = veneno<\/strong>! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otra raz\u00f3n por la cual he considerado interesante a\u00f1adir esta receta es para dar otra opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s para consumir legumbres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el post de mi <a href=\"https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/es\/receta\/hummus-de-alcaparras-merienda-saludable\/\" rel=\"\">receta de Hummus de Alcaparras<\/a> he escrito sobre un estudio relacionado con el valor nutricional y los beneficios para la salud de los garbanzos, as\u00ed que no quisiera repetirme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"55212-11\"><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/gen.js?type=11\"><\/script><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/requestform.js?siteId=55212&#038;formatId=11\"><\/script><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo que me gustar\u00eda a\u00f1adir aqu\u00ed es algo relacionado con un problema bastante com\u00fan para algunas personas que introducen, por primera vez, las legumbres en su dieta: <strong>hinchaz\u00f3n y flatulencias<\/strong>.<br>\nPara tu aparato digestivo podr\u00eda ser un poco problem\u00e1tico y si este es tu caso, es recomendable introducirlos en tu dieta en dosis muy peque\u00f1as al principio y luego, puedes ir aumentando las cantidades despacio y notando c\u00f3mo reacciona tu cuerpo. Otra opci\u00f3n es que los prepares t\u00fa misma as\u00ed como te he indicado en la primera parte del post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es verdad que la mayor\u00eda de los estudios indican solo aspectos positivos sobre la consumici\u00f3n de garbanzos, pero sabemos que cada cuerpo es diferente y si el tuyo no acepta este alimento, entonces no lo fuerces. Hay muchas m\u00e1s legumbres que puedes consumir y que tu cuerpo, a lo mejor, acepta m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, <strong>una raz\u00f3n m\u00e1s para querer preparar esta receta es porque lleva c\u00farcuma<\/strong>. Si los tuestas durante 40 minutos o m\u00e1s, y el aceite se ha absorbido casi completamente, entonces es muy probable que aguanten una semana o m\u00e1s. Si no los acabas antes, claro \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, <strong>si prefieres la versi\u00f3n menos crujiente en la que los horneas solo 20 minutos, entonces ten en cuenta que, al quedarse m\u00e1s aceitosos se guardar\u00e1n durante menos d\u00edas<\/strong>. Yo no lo sab\u00eda, los guard\u00e9 en la despensa en un bote de cristal y me olvid\u00e9 de ellos. Cuando a los pocos d\u00edas fui a buscarlos hab\u00edan sacado moho \ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Ocasiones en las que comer estos croutons<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"55212-11\"><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/gen.js?type=11\"><\/script><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/requestform.js?siteId=55212&#038;formatId=11\"><\/script><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Son perfectos para acompa\u00f1ar <strong>cremas o sopas<\/strong>, tanto fr\u00edas como calientes, o ensaladas, en lugar de los croutons de pan que se encuentran en el s\u00faper y que posiblemente llevan ingredientes refinados poco saludables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n los puedes servir en un <strong>aperitivo<\/strong> o pica pica, juntos con verduras y quesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O llevarlos f\u00e1cilmente contigo si necesitas una <strong>merienda r\u00e1pida y para llevar<\/strong>. Solo los tienes que poner en una bolsita de pl\u00e1stico y casi no te llevar\u00e1n sitio en el bolso ni se rompen o ensucian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, son una opci\u00f3n ideal para <strong>sustituir una bolsa de patatas fritas<\/strong> que te podr\u00edas comer mientras ves una peli.<br>\nTen cuidado porque son adictivos.
