Personalmente prefiero usar el procesador para poder a\u00f1adir las sardinas enteras y que se trituren bien todas sus espinas. Adem\u00e1s, cada uno de los ingredientes tiene sus buenas propiedades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sardinas<\/strong>:<br>\nVitaminas y minerales:<br>\nComer las sardinas por entero con sus \u00f3rganos y espinas significa ingerir una gran cantidad y variedad de vitaminas y minerales como el <strong>calcio, la vitamina D, vitaminas del grupo B<\/strong> y, adem\u00e1s, <strong>\u00e1cidos grasos omega-3<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n beneficiosos para nuestra salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prote\u00edna con bajo contenido en mercurio:<br>\nPosiblemente sepas que hoy en d\u00eda muchos de los peces de tama\u00f1o grande contienen una cantidad de mercurio que puede ser da\u00f1ina para la salud humana. La puedes consumir como especia en granos o comprarla hecha en crema. En este \u00faltimo caso, <strong>aseg\u00farate de que lleve solo ingredientes naturales<\/strong>. En mi caso, no sol\u00eda tener mostaza en mi nevera, pero usarla en un pat\u00e9 o en una salsa para ensalada fue una manera muy sencilla para a\u00f1adirla a mi dieta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo que concierne la zanahoria, el pepino y el ajo, me imagino que no hace falta explicar por qu\u00e9 son saludables, \u00bfverdad? Lo \u00fanico que habr\u00eda que saber en este caso es que <strong>la vitamina B contenida en la zanahoria es liposoluble<\/strong>, lo que significa que hay que ingerirla con alguna grasa para que nuestro cuerpo la asimile. Una vez que llegues podr\u00e1s impresionar a tus amigos con esta receta f\u00e1cil que, adem\u00e1s, queda mon\u00edsima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yo, a menudo, preparo solo el pat\u00e9 y lo como con mi <a href=\"https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/es\/health-motivation-blog\/mis-trucos-en-la-cocina-para-comer-siempre-saludable-y-ademas-rico\">plato equilibrado<\/a> acompa\u00f1ando mis verduras horneadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>C\u00f3mo guardar estos bocaditos de pepino y el pat\u00e9 de sardinas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Te aconsejo que no guardes los bocaditos ya hechos porque el pepino se ir\u00e1 ablandando. Lo mejor es que guardes el pat\u00e9 en un tupper y, un ratito antes de servirlos, cortas el pepino, le a\u00f1ades el pat\u00e9, encima la aceituna y voil\u00e0!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando preparo solo el pat\u00e9 de sardinas lo suelo guardar en un bote herm\u00e9tico de cristal y aguanta en la nevera hasta 5 d\u00edas. Como suelo preparar las cantidades de esta receta, lo he acabado siempre antes de los 6 d\u00edas. Eso s\u00ed, siempre me aseguro de comprarlas ecol\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es muy probable que las sardinas se puedan sustituir con caballa u otro pescado. Yo todav\u00eda no he probado otras variantes, pero te invito a que me lo cuentes si tu te animas a ir experimentando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La zanahoria no es indispensable para esta receta<\/strong>, pero le a\u00f1ade un toque algo crujiente y m\u00e1s verduras siempre son bienvenidas, \u00a1\u00bfno?!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si prefieres que el pat\u00e9 se quede menos crujiente, puedes hervir la zanahoria antes de a\u00f1adirla con el resto de los ingredientes. Si prefieres puedes usar tambi\u00e9n pan o alguna tostadita, pero sabemos que en cuanto a ser saludable, nada gana a las verduras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La aceituna podr\u00edas sustituirla con una cebollita o alcaparras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y <strong>hablando de alcaparras, una vez hice una versi\u00f3n del pat\u00e9 a\u00f1adiendo dos cucharadas de alcaparras y qued\u00f3 espectacular<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya sabemos que <em>de gustibus non est disputandum<\/em> que en espa\u00f1ol se traduce como \u00abpara gustos hay colores\u00bb.
