B\u00e1sicamente es una t\u00e9cnica en la que se deja la avena en remojo durante toda la noche para que, al d\u00eda siguiente, sea lista para comer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"55212-11\"><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/gen.js?type=11\"><\/script><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/requestform.js?siteId=55212&#038;formatId=11\"><\/script><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2>C\u00f3mo preparar este overnight oats con caf\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante muchos a\u00f1os sol\u00eda empezar mi d\u00eda tomando caf\u00e9 y despu\u00e9s de unos a\u00f1os en Barcelona, mi blog Coffee &amp; Brunch me llev\u00f3 a descubrir el <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.coffeeandbrunchbcn.es\/que-es-el-cafe-de-especialidad\/\" target=\"_blank\">caf\u00e9 de especialidad<\/a>. Sin embargo, se ha demostrado que los beneficios de la avena van inclusive m\u00e1s all\u00e1 que la fibra gracias a sus <strong>fitoqu\u00edmicos bioactivos con importantes efectos antioxidantes y antiinflamatorios<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, en un estudio del 2016 se demostr\u00f3 que el consumo diario de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/27872611\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">avena integral tiene un efecto prebi\u00f3tico<\/a> alimentando las bacterias de la microbiota intestinal y <strong>provoca una reducci\u00f3n importante en las concentraciones de colesterol total y del \u201ccolesterol malo\u201d LDL<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"55212-11\"><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/gen.js?type=11\"><\/script><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/requestform.js?siteId=55212&#038;formatId=11\"><\/script><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, en otro estudio publicado en 2016 se ha demostrado que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/26796421\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">comer avena por la ma\u00f1ana sacia m\u00e1s que comer naranjas<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IMPORTANTE: Cuando compres la avena f\u00edjate muy bien en la etiqueta. Lo que quieres comprar es avena integral no procesada y que no lleve ning\u00fan otro ingrediente.<br>\nLo ideal, ser\u00eda que <strong>compres avena integral ecol\u00f3gica<\/strong> ya que en la avena integral hay parte de su c\u00e1scara y en la c\u00e1scara es donde se concentran los qu\u00edmicos de los fertilizantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Semillas de chia:<\/strong><br> Ya te habl\u00e9 de los beneficios de la chia en mi <a href=\"https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/es\/receta-saludable\/pudin-de-chia-y-linaza\/\">receta de pudin de chia y linaza<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yogur y k\u00e9fir:<\/strong><br>\nEl yogur y el k\u00e9fir son una muy <strong>buena fuente de probi\u00f3ticos<\/strong>. Los probi\u00f3ticos son las bacterias beneficiosas que viven en el intestino y forman la que se llama flora o microbiota intestinal. Estas bacterias facilitan la digesti\u00f3n y la absorci\u00f3n de nutrientes, y fortalecen el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siguiendo mi filosof\u00eda de llevar una dieta cuanto m\u00e1s variada posible, suelo alternar el consumo de yogur con el de kefir y para ambos voy cambiando con productos procedentes de vaca, de oveja o de cabra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"55212-11\"><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/gen.js?type=11\"><\/script><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/requestform.js?siteId=55212&#038;formatId=11\"><\/script><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Te recuerdo que, si puedes consumir productos l\u00e1cteos, es <strong>importante que los consumes ecol\u00f3gicos, o mejor a\u00fan de animales alimentados con pasto<\/strong>. Los productos de proximidad suelen ser de granjas peque\u00f1as que dejan crecer sus animales as\u00ed como la naturaleza lo ha pensado, sin pincharles antibi\u00f3ticos o darle a comer granos y ma\u00edz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n es importante <strong>que los productos l\u00e1cteos que consumes sean enteros y no desnatados<\/strong>. La raz\u00f3n principal es que, a menudo, los productos desnatados llevan edulcorantes para suplir al sabor proporcionado por la grasa. Adem\u00e1s, la grasa ayuda a que nuestro sistema digestivo haga una correcta digesti\u00f3n y pueda absorber todos los nutrientes del alimento. Y finalmente, siempre ten en cuenta que la naturaleza es m\u00e1s sabia que el hombre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Caf\u00e9:&nbsp;<\/strong><br>En un estudio observacional de larga escala publicado en agosto 2018 se indica que <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/jamanetwork.com\/journals\/jamainternalmedicine\/article-abstract\/2686145\" target=\"_blank\">el consumo de caf\u00e9 est\u00e1 inversamente asociado a la mortalidad<\/a> y puede ser parte de una dieta saludable. Sin embargo hay mucha m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre los lados negativos de la cafe\u00edna. As\u00ed que, como siempre, moderaci\u00f3n es la soluci\u00f3n: 1 o 2 caf\u00e9s al d\u00eda pueden ser beneficiosos, m\u00e1s pueden ser da\u00f1inos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"55212-11\"><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/gen.js?type=11\"><\/script><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/requestform.js?siteId=55212&#038;formatId=11\"><\/script><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, recuerda siempre escuchar a tu cuerpo. \u00bfEn realidad el caf\u00e9 te sienta bien o simplemente est\u00e1s adicta al efecto de la cafe\u00edna?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A mi ya no me sienta bien, pero en casa tengo caf\u00e9 descafeinado y de vez en cuando tomo uno. Lo mismo vale para el yogur o el k\u00e9fir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfVa a ser m\u00e1s caro si comprar productos ecol\u00f3gicos? Sabemos que s\u00ed, pero he calculado que comprando productos ecol\u00f3gicos y caf\u00e9 de especialidad, <strong>este desayuno sale por menos de 1\u20ac<\/strong> y adem\u00e1s necesitas muy poco de tu tiempo para prepararlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"55212-11\"><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/gen.js?type=11\"><\/script><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/requestform.js?siteId=55212&#038;formatId=11\"><\/script><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Si quisieras que haga el c\u00e1lculo exacto de los costes, d\u00e9jame un comentario aqu\u00ed abajo y a\u00f1adir\u00e9 toda la informaci\u00f3n detallada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Algunos tips para ahorrar<\/strong>:<br>\nEn muchas ocasiones es posible comprar la avena en paquetes m\u00e1s grandes que salen m\u00e1s a cuenta o, es muy probable que comprando a granel te salga m\u00e1s barato a\u00fan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo mismo para el yogur o el k\u00e9fir. Suelo comprar el bote grande y usar unas 3 o 4 cucharadas en cada desayuno.<br>\nAdem\u00e1s, los yogures y k\u00e9fires ecol\u00f3gicos suelen ir en botes de cristal. As\u00ed que mientras me cuido a mi misma tambi\u00e9n ayudo al medioambiente, as\u00ed que dos p\u00e1jaros en un tiro!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Cu\u00e1ndo <g class=\"gr_ gr_3 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace\" id=\"3\" data-gr-id=\"3\">preparar<\/g> <g class=\"gr_ gr_15 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace\" id=\"15\" data-gr-id=\"15\">esta<\/g> <g class=\"gr_ gr_16 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace\" id=\"16\" data-gr-id=\"16\">avena<\/g> con caf\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Como ya te he comentado m\u00e1s arriba, preparar esta avena trasnochada con caf\u00e9 te llevar\u00e1 muy pocos minutos de tu tiempo. Para eso usa uno de esos botes de cristal que nos gusta reciclar \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este overnight oats, adem\u00e1s, es una <strong>opci\u00f3n ideal para una merienda saludable<\/strong>. Lo \u00fanico que tendr\u00e1s que tener en cuenta es que si, por alguna raz\u00f3n, no puedes tomar caf\u00e9 por la tarde, entonces mejor que uses caf\u00e9 descafeinado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y finalmente, esta avena trasnochada ser\u00e1 todo un \u00e9xito en un brunch, sobre todo si tienes invitados y no tienes mucho tiempo por la ma\u00f1ana. Puedes preparar la avena en botes individuales por la noche y por la ma\u00f1ana simplemente a\u00f1adir el yogur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Diferentes sabores, otros ingredientes.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si te gusta el caf\u00e9 pero no puedes, o prefieres, no tomar cafe\u00edna, la soluci\u00f3n es f\u00e1cil, usa <strong>caf\u00e9 descafeinado<\/strong>.<br>\nY si el sabor del caf\u00e9 te parece demasiado fuerte, puedes mezclarlo con leche de tu elecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"55212-11\"><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/gen.js?type=11\"><\/script><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/requestform.js?siteId=55212&#038;formatId=11\"><\/script><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta receta no tiene ning\u00fan edulcorante a\u00f1adido porque, para mi gusto, ya es suficiente el dulzor que aportan el yogur, la canela y las pepitas de chocolate.<br>\nSin embargo, si crees que le hace falta, puedes a\u00f1adir tu edulcorante favorito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya te he comentado que el yogur se puede cambiar con el k\u00e9fir, pero ten en cuenta que el k\u00e9fir queda m\u00e1s l\u00edquido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si lo prefieres podr\u00edas a\u00f1adir tambi\u00e9n semillas de linaza y se parecer\u00eda un poco m\u00e1s a la <a href=\"https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/es\/receta-saludable\/pudin-de-chia-y-linaza\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (se abre en una nueva pesta\u00f1a)\">receta de pudin de chia y linaza<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las chips de chocolate son opcionales.
