(*= de cultivo ecol\u00f3gico).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, los ingredientes para esta receta son: <strong>harina de garbanzos, agua, especias y sal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este es un ejemplo perfecto para remarcar que <strong>si un producto es ecol\u00f3gico no siempre es sin\u00f3nimo de saludable<\/strong>. As\u00ed que te animo a leer siempre las etiquetas y si encuentras en la lista de ingredientes demasiados nombres que no conoces, igual prefieres invertir algo de tu tiempo en prepararte m\u00e1s comidas caseras y cuidar de tu salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto no significa que a partir de ahora SOLO deber\u00edas comer las tortillas que preparas en casa sin volver a pedir esta comida en alg\u00fan restaurante, o, por comodidad, no vuelvas a comprar las tortillas que puedes encontrar en el supermercado. La idea es de que tengas acceso a esta receta <strong>para que tengas una alternativa y la libertad de decidir<\/strong> si prefieres encontrar algo de tiempo para prepararte unas tortillas caseras saludables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"55212-11\"><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/gen.js?type=11\"><\/script><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/requestform.js?siteId=55212&#038;formatId=11\"><\/script><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sin gluten<\/strong><br>Hay algunos nutricionistas que <strong>desaconsejan ingerir alimentos que lleven gluten<\/strong>. Tomando como referencia el precio de una de las tiendas de productos ecol\u00f3gicos en Barcelona, 500 gr de harina de garbanzos cuesta 3,60\u20ac. Considerando que con 50 gr preparamos 4 tortillas, y teniendo en cuenta que el coste del resto de ingredientes es casi inexistente, podemos decir que <strong>cada tortilla que preparamos nos cuesta 0,10\u20ac<\/strong>. En el mismo supermercado ecol\u00f3gico, un paquete de 6 tortillas vale 3,18\u20ac, o sea que cada tortilla sale a 0,53\u20ac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunos podr\u00edan opinar que al precio de 0,10\u20ac hay que a\u00f1adirle el precio de la mano de obra, pero personalmente creo que el tiempo que invertimos en preparar nuestras comidas es en realidad la mejor inversi\u00f3n que podamos hacer para que en un futuro nos ahorremos tiempo y dinero que tendremos que invertir en curarnos de enfermedades debidas a una mala alimentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"55212-11\"><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/gen.js?type=11\"><\/script><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/requestform.js?siteId=55212&#038;formatId=11\"><\/script><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2>La mejor forma de guardar estas tortillas veganas y sin gluten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada vez que cocino tengo la tendencia a preparar m\u00e1s cantidades para que pueda tener comida lista durante unos d\u00edas. Lo mismo vale para estas tortillas. Aunque con las cantidades de esta receta salen solo 4 tortillas, es f\u00e1cil doblar o triplicar las cantidades para preparar m\u00e1s, en el caso en el que tengas invitados, o si te apetece comerlas durante varios d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese caso guardarlas es muy f\u00e1cil. Las puedes dejar en un plato, taparlas con papel film y guardarlas en la nevera donde te aguantar\u00e1n un par de d\u00edas. Todav\u00eda no he probado a congelarlas pero no estoy segura de que ser\u00eda una buena idea. \u00bfMe avisas si lo pruebas?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"55212-11\"><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/gen.js?type=11\"><\/script><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/requestform.js?siteId=55212&#038;formatId=11\"><\/script><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2>Diferentes sabores y otros ingredientes para estas tortillas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta versi\u00f3n de tortillas veganas y sin gluten es m\u00e1s bien salada porque lleva hierbas provenzales y sal. Esto las hace perfectas para preparar un wrap vegetal o inclusive con carne o pescado.
