al blog esta receta sencilla y t\u00edpica de la tradici\u00f3n culinaria B\u00falgara que, adem\u00e1s, es perfecta para un brunch, o un desayuno, saludable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y si no has estado nunca por esta zona, te recomiendo que organices pronto una visita porque s\u00e9 que te va a encantar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>C\u00f3mo preparar el Mish Mash b\u00falgaro<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparar el Mish Mash b\u00falgaro es muy f\u00e1cil y los pasos a seguir son los siguientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una sart\u00e9n, se fr\u00eden la cebolla con el tomate y los pimientos.<br>\nSe baten los huevos en un bol, se le a\u00f1ade el queso y se vierte todo a la sart\u00e9n.<br>\nUna vez que el huevo est\u00e9 bien hecho, el Mish Mash est\u00e1 listo para servir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque la receta original no lleva suelo considerar una receta saludable es por los ingredientes usados para la preparaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los ingredientes de esta receta est\u00e1n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Los pimientos<\/strong><br>\nEn el post de la receta de <a href=\"https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/es\/receta-saludable\/mojo-picon-canario-o-untable-de-pimientos-rojos\/\" rel=\"\">Mojo Pic\u00f3n<\/a> ya escrib\u00ed sobre las propiedades de los pimientos rojos.<br>\nEn general, los pimientos rojos tienes m\u00e1s polifenoles que los verdes, pero vamos, que tampoco vamos a descartar los pimientos verdes por eso, \u00bfno?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Los huevos<\/strong><br>\nEn el post del <a href=\"https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/es\/receta-saludable\/mirza-ghasemi-salsa-de-berenjenas\/\">Mirza Si no tienes acceso a queso b\u00falgaro, <strong>puedes usar queso feta para esta receta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por cierto, que no se te ocurra decirle a un b\u00falgaro que su queso es como el queso feta.
