Simplemente tienes que calentar la leche, de origen animal o vegetal, y luego a\u00f1adirle las especias y la miel. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta receta, a parte de los ingredientes principales que son la c\u00farcuma en polvo y la pimienta negra, he a\u00f1adido canela y jengibre en polvo, pero <strong>puedes ir jugando con las especias que prefieras<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La canela le da un toque dulz\u00f3n y por eso es suficiente solo media cucharada de miel para que quede dulce. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la consigues, puedes usar c\u00farcuma fresca en lugar de la versi\u00f3n en polvo. Esto, y otras razones, han llevado a la teor\u00eda de que los humanos no deber\u00edamos seguir tomando leche una vez adultos. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, por culpa de la difusi\u00f3n de granjas industriales y del maltrato de animales en estas, la leche ha pasado a ser vista como uno de los alimentos que hay que excluir de nuestra dieta si queremos comer saludable. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, mi punto de vista es que para <strong>mantener una dieta saludable y equilibrada no deber\u00edamos excluir alimentos naturales si no tenemos intolerancias<\/strong>, sino que tenemos que aprender a comprar los alimentos correctos y comer siempre una gran variedad de ellos. &nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La leche entera de vaca contiene una cantidad importante de minerales y vitaminas, as\u00ed como prote\u00edna y la grasa saludable que permite la absorci\u00f3n de las vitaminas liposolubles como la vitamina A. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yo personalmente, tengo la suerte de no tener intolerancia a la lactosa y, desde que empec\u00e9 a estudiar el m\u00e1ster en nutrici\u00f3n, <strong>he vuelto a introducir la leche en mi dieta PERO en cantidades limitadas, siempre org\u00e1nica y posiblemente de vacas de pasto<\/strong>.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alterno el consumo de leche de vaca con la leche vegetal y, cuando tengo la oportunidad, tambi\u00e9n con la leche de cabra.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto porque <strong>mi prioridad es tener una dieta variada para conseguir todas las cantidades de nutrientes que mi cuerpo necesita a diario<\/strong>.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Creo que cada uno de nosotros deber\u00eda experimentar con los alimentos para entender c\u00f3mo funciona su cuerpo y qu\u00e9 es lo que le pide. Si puedes tomar leche, y adem\u00e1s te gusta, no creo que deber\u00edas excluirla de tu dieta. Eso s\u00ed, lee siempre las etiquetas, tanto la parte de la lista de los ingredientes como la parte de la procedencia del producto. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"55212-11\"><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/gen.js?type=11\"><\/script><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/requestform.js?siteId=55212&#038;formatId=11\"><\/script><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si consumas leche vegetal, es muy importante que leas la lista de los ingredientes<\/strong>, porque la mayor\u00eda de leches vegetales vendidas en los supermercados suele llevar az\u00facar a\u00f1adida. Inclusive si compras de marcas ecol\u00f3gicas, es muy probable que lleven aceite de girasol y sal a\u00f1adida. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo que he podido ver hasta ahora, una de las leches vegetales m\u00e1s naturales es la de avena que suele llevar solo avena y agua, dependiendo siempre de la marca.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otra opci\u00f3n es que, si tienes un buena batidora, te prepares tus leches vegetales en casa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con una r\u00e1pida b\u00fasqueda en internet encontrar\u00e1s un mont\u00f3n de recetas para hacer leches vegetales de varios tipos.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C\u00daRCUMA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La c\u00farcuma es una ra\u00edz originaria del sur de Asia de color amarillo-anaranjado intenso. Se puede encontrar fresca o en polvo.
