S\u00f3lo necesitar\u00e1s un bol a parte para montar las claras de los huevos a nieve para que el pastel tenga una consistencia m\u00e1s esponjosa. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Esta receta la puedes preparar en cualquier ocasi\u00f3n<\/strong>, y si eres de las que celebra San Valent\u00edn con un pastel de chocolate, la puedes usar en esta ocasi\u00f3n present\u00e1ndola en forma de coraz\u00f3n.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"55212-11\"><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/gen.js?type=11\"><\/script><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/requestform.js?siteId=55212&#038;formatId=11\"><\/script><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Personalmente no tengo un molde para el horno en forma de coraz\u00f3n, as\u00ed que me he apa\u00f1ado horneando el pastel en un molde rectangular y luego <strong>he usado un molde para galletas para cortarlo en el tama\u00f1o que deseaba<\/strong>.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vas a usar el mismo truco, ten en cuenta que, como el pastel lleva pl\u00e1tano y las clara est\u00e1n montadas a nieve, el pastel se queda muy h\u00famedo y esponjoso, as\u00ed que tienes que tener cuidado a la hora de cortarlo. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, si tienes un molde para hornear en forma de coraz\u00f3n, puedes usar ese, o si est\u00e1s pensando en comprar uno, estoy segura de que en la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.claudiaandjulia.com?rfsn=522760.1bd80e\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" aria-label=\"tienda online de Claudia &amp; Julia (abre en una nueva pesta\u00f1a)\">tienda online de Claudia &amp; Julia<\/a> tienen lo que buscas y posiblemente est\u00e9 de rebajas. No puedo parar de recomendar esta tienda online porque mi experiencia fue incre\u00edble. Tienen unos productos de gran calidad y una atenci\u00f3n al cliente excelente. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ten en cuenta que <strong>seg\u00fan el tama\u00f1o del molde que uses, el pastel de chocolate sin harina se va a quedar m\u00e1s o menos alto<\/strong>. Te invito a leerlo si tienes alguna duda sobre si es beneficioso consumir huevos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SIN HARINA DE CEREALES<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De all\u00ed que el nombre de esta receta sea \u201cPasteles de chocolate sin harina\u201d. De hecho, la \u00fanica harina contenida en estos pasteles es de almendras lo que hace que estas delicias sean, adem\u00e1s, sin gluten.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SIN AZ\u00daCARES<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El \u00fanico edulcorante usado en estos pasteles de chocolate es una cucharadita de miel, lo que corresponde a una cantidad muy peque\u00f1a por cada raci\u00f3n individual. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MERMELADA CASERA<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He usado <a href=\"https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/es\/receta-saludable\/mermelada-casera-sauco-sin-azucar\/\">mermelada casera<\/a> para decorar estos pasteles de chocolate lo que a\u00f1ade dulzura y sabor pero de manera saludable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00fan as\u00ed, estos pasteles solos <strong>tienen un sabor dulce gracias al pl\u00e1tano, a la canela y a la algarroba<\/strong>.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"55212-11\"><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/gen.js?type=11\"><\/script><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/requestform.js?siteId=55212&#038;formatId=11\"><\/script><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>\u00bfDurante cuanto tiempo puedo guardar estos pasteles de chocolate sin harina?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Una vez que est\u00e9 horneado se guarda durante unos cuatro o cinco d\u00edas<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, una vez que le a\u00f1ades la decoraci\u00f3n con el yogur y la mermelada, te recomiendo que los consumes el mismo d\u00eda o al d\u00eda siguiente a muy tardar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed que, si ya sabes que el d\u00eda de San Valent\u00edn no vas a tener mucho tiempo disponible, puedes hornearlos el d\u00eda anterior y luego decorarlos al d\u00eda siguiente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo mismo vale si los quieres llevar a alg\u00fan lado.
