Puede ser cualquier verdura. Cuanto m\u00e1s oscura, mejor. Aprovecha la oportunidad de probar nuevos tipos o utiliza el que menos te guste, la mezcla de sabores lo disfrazar\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>JUD\u00cdAS BLANCAS: Puedes utilizar jud\u00edas enlatados o puedes comprarlas secas y cocinarlas t\u00fa misma. D\u00e9jalas en remojo durante la noche, esc\u00farrelas y l\u00e1valas. Cu\u00e9celas en abundante agua salada hirviendo hasta que est\u00e9n suaves. Escurre el exceso de agua.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ARROZ SALVAJE: Encuentra toda la informaci\u00f3n sobre el <!-- tasty-links-ignore -->arroz salvaje<!-- \/tasty-links-ignore --> en mi post, <a href=\"https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/es\/receta-saludable\/todo-sobre-el-arroz-salvaje\">C\u00f3mo preparar arroz salvaje<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TOMATES: Utiliza fresco y local, c\u00f3rtalos en cubos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>POLLO: Puedes utilizar cualquier parte del pollo que prefieras. Para facilitar la cocci\u00f3n, siempre recomiendo utilizar la pechuga de pollo la cual se puede cocinar en un sart\u00e9n o en el horno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ZANAHORIAS: Para esta receta en espec\u00edfico, he utilizado un pelador para cortar las zanahorias, pero puedes cortarlas de la manera que te sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>QUESO FETA: Es un queso f\u00e1cil de utilizar ya que puedes deshacerlo con los dedos y no necesitas de una <!-- tasty-links-ignore -->tabla de cortar<!-- \/tasty-links-ignore --> y un cuchillo. Sin embargo, te invito a utilizar el queso que prefieras, o el que tengas en casa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/healthy-recipe\/beetroot-chickpea-hummus\">HUMMUS DE REMOLACHA<\/a>: El hummus puede ser de cualquier tipo. Para esta receta, he utilizado el hummus de remolacha pero podr\u00edas usar tambi\u00e9n <a href=\"https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/es\/receta-saludable\/hummus-de-alcaparras-merienda-saludable\">hummus de alcaparras<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PEPINO: Cortado como se ve en las fotos, se puede utilizar para comer con el hummus, casi como aperitivo antes de comer el resto del bol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00c1BANO: Son hermosos para la decoraci\u00f3n, pero tambi\u00e9n son perfectos para a\u00f1adir variedad, color y fibra a nuestro bol.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SEMILLAS DE S\u00c9SAMO NEGRO: Puedes utilizar <!-- tasty-links-ignore -->semillas de s\u00e9samo negro<!-- \/tasty-links-ignore --> o blanco o cualquier otra semilla que tengas en casa &#8211; calabaza o girasol &#8211; o inclusive algunas <!-- tasty-links-ignore -->nueces<!-- \/tasty-links-ignore --> trituradas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AOVE: El aceite de oliva virgen extra es perfecto para a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s sabor, pero sin abrumar el sabor del resto de los ingredientes. [<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Buddha_bowl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"1 (se abre en una nueva pesta\u00f1a)\">1<\/a>]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 considero que este Buddha Bowl es un plato balanceado?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"background-color:#f4fff5\" class=\"has-background\">En mi post <a href=\"https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/es\/health-motivation-blog\/mis-trucos-en-la-cocina-para-comer-siempre-saludable-y-ademas-rico\">Mis trucos en la cocina<\/a>, ya hemos visto c\u00f3mo debe ser una comida equilibrada y hemos hablado de la importancia de tener un plato que contenga cantidades proporcionadas de cereales integrales, prote\u00edna, grasa, fibra y vegetales.<br><br>Bueno, veamos en detalle lo que contiene este Buddha Bowl:<br><br>PROTE\u00cdNA:<br>Jud\u00edas<br>Pollo<br>Queso<br>Hummus (hecho con garbanzos)<br><br>CEREAL INTEGRAL:<br>Arroz salvaje&nbsp;<br><br>GRASA:<br>Queso<br>Aceite de oliva virgen extra<br>Semillas de s\u00e9samo<br><br>VEGETALES:<br>Hojas verdes<br>Zanahorias<br>Pepino<br>Tomate<br>R\u00e1banos<br><br>En un <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"estudio de 2019 (se abre en una nueva pesta\u00f1a)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedaily.com\/releases\/2019\/04\/190408183720.htm\" target=\"_blank\">estudio de 2019<\/a> se demostr\u00f3 que \u201clos nutrientes de los alimentos, no los suplementos, est\u00e1n relacionados con menores riesgos de muerte por c\u00e1ncer\u201d. <br><br>As\u00ed que tener una comida nutritiva llena de nutrientes como este Buddha Bowl, es una gran elecci\u00f3n para tu cuerpo.&nbsp;<br><br>Un Buddha Bowl es lo que a menudo como en mi almuerzo y, a veces, tambi\u00e9n para cenar. <br><br>Siempre tengo diferentes ingredientes listos en mi nevera que mezclo dependiendo de lo que m\u00e1s me apetezca en el momento y con la ventaja de cambiar sabores f\u00e1cilmente.<br><br>Tambi\u00e9n es una gran opci\u00f3n como comida para llevar.<br><br>Para mi versi\u00f3n caliente de invierno, horneo muchos de los vegetales que utilizo, en lugar de los crudos de esta receta, y una vez que mezclo todos los ingredientes, los caliento en el microondas durante un par de minutos, agregando la salsa justo antes de comer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img width=\"600\" height=\"900\" src=\"https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Gluten-free-Buddha-bowl.jpg\" alt=\"Un bol con muchos ingredientes de varios colores y una mano con un tenedor\" class=\"wp-image-5487\" srcset=\"https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Gluten-free-Buddha-bowl.jpg 600w, https:\/\/claudiacanu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Gluten-free-Buddha-bowl-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>C\u00f3mo guardar este Buddha Bowl y cu\u00e1nto tiempo dura<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La mejor manera de guardar un Buddha Bowl es antes de juntar los ingredientes. Lo que quiero decir es que puedes preparar todos los ingredientes por separado, de modo que cuando quieras preparar tu comida s\u00f3lo los tienes que juntar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta forma de preparar los ingredientes es bastante similar al batch cooking, donde tienes diferentes componentes de la comida almacenados por separado en la nevera.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otra opci\u00f3n es mezclar todos los ingredientes sin salsas ni condimentos y guardarlos en la nevera. De esta manera, durar\u00e1n hasta 4 d\u00edas en un recipiente de vidrio herm\u00e9tico. Agregar\u00e1s los ingredientes h\u00famedos, como el humus y el aceite de oliva extra virgen, justo antes de comer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>\u00bfPuedo hacer una versi\u00f3n vegetariana\/vegana de este&nbsp; Buddha Bowl ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00ed, es muy f\u00e1cil. Simplemente eliminando el pollo obtienes una versi\u00f3n vegetariana. Si deseas mantener una mayor cantidad de prote\u00ednas, puedes sustituirla por tofu org\u00e1nico o seit\u00e1n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para una versi\u00f3n vegetariana de este&nbsp;Buddha Bowl, tenemos que eliminar el pollo y el queso. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No es necesario sustituirlos, pero se puede mantener una gran cantidad de prote\u00ednas a\u00f1adiendo tofu o seit\u00e1n, y se puede a\u00f1adir <!-- tasty-links-ignore -->levadura<!-- \/tasty-links-ignore --> nutricional para un sabor a queso.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>\u00bfPuedo hacer este Buddha Bowl con diferentes ingredientes?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1Por supuesto! Puedes usar literalmente los ingredientes que prefieras.
