An easy and funny Christmas recipe perfect to prepare it with kids to get them familiar in the kitchen and introduce them to more healthy food.

Scale

Ingredients

4 or 5 kiwis, depending on the size

A handful of red berries

A handful of blackberries

1 persimmon

Instructions

  1. Cut one side of a kiwi to make the trunk of the tree.
  2. Peel the kiwis.
  3. Cut them into slices and select the slices that are more or less the same size.
  4. In a tray, or on a sufficiently large board, first place the trunk and above this the first row of kiwi slices.
  5. Place the other rows of kiwi slices so that the ones that are higher up are smaller than the ones below.
  6. Place the berries on top of the kiwi slices as if they were the tree decoration.
  7. Cut a slice of persimmon and use a good knife to cut it into a star shape (it can also be pineapple or any other fruit that you can cut sharply) *

Notes

* I used a cookie cutter.
