This homemade elderberry jam needs just a few ingredients and a few steps to be ready. It’s a quick and easy recipe to make, is dairy-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, paleo, keto and vegan but still delicious and it can easily be added to your Meal Plan.
½ cup of elderberries
½ cup of wild strawberries or another berry (optional)
½ teaspoon of stevia
1 teaspoon of kudzu (optional)
*If you don’t like to feel the pieces of fruit in your jam, you can use a blender to break them before storing it.
